Refunds, Returns & Replacements

Please note that refunds for your order are not available after 24 hours of purchase. If more than 24 hours have passed since you placed your order, we are unable to offer a refund. All of our items are custom-made to order and cannot be refunded once the customization process has begun.

If you need to make changes or additions to your order, please CONTACT US within 24 hours with your request. Each change or addition will be considered on a case-by-case basis as we strive to accommodate these types of requests.

In the event that there is an issue with the size of your item, please CONTACT US so that we can arrange for a repair or replacement in the correct size. Please note that certain repair and replacement costs may apply due to the customization involved. To be eligible for a repair or replacement, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

We only provide replacements for defective or damaged items. If you require a replacement for the same item, please CONTACT US and send it to:

Please be aware that certain types of goods are not eligible for replacement, including nameplate and custom name items, brooches, products customized with initials, stones, and sizes not available on our website.

Additionally, we do not accept returns or replacements for products that have been customized in any way beyond what is offered on our website.

Please be aware that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item, unless the issue is a result of our error. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any shipping costs as they are non-refundable. When processing your refund, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from the total amount.

The delivery time for your returned product may vary depending on your location. Therefore, please allow sufficient time for it to reach us.

For items valued at or above $75, we recommend considering a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. This provides added security in case of any complications during transit. Please note that while in possession of the carrier, we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item and are not liable for any lost or stolen packages.
